Love Over Fear

“Fear, like love, is a powerful force that shapes our life. A little dose can protect us from peril. But if fear overflows and becomes greater than love, it paralyzes us. We become incapable of seizing the life we really want…even if it’s right in front of us.” — Heidi K. Isern

How true, and relevant is that?!

It’s true, in general, for life; and it’s certainly true and oh-so-relevant, today in these precarious, uncertain, and scary times we’re all adapting to right now

And like everything in life, so too do our fears exist for a reason. They’re there to protect us, to keep us safe, and to minimize certain risks.

Being smart and cautious to protect ourselves, and being considerate and compassionate towards others to protect them too, that’s allowing our fears to serve their higher purpose.

But, allowing all of our fears to completely take control of our decisions and our behaviors in an unbalanced way, to the exclusion of all else, well that’s simply allowing our fears to serve the dark side.

LOVE, and everything that flows from love — passion, compassion, truth, understanding, kindness, growth, improvement, joy, peace, and overall elevation — all things good and all things just becoming better — that will always overcome fear, darkness, challenging, difficult, and scary times, every single time!!!

Please remember that during these difficult times. Love overcomes fear every time, AND love even gives birth to more love and more goodness, every single time. :-)

Stay smart and cautious, stay compassionate and understanding, and allow your fears to serve their higher purpose. At the same time, please don’t forget to let all your love and goodness overcome the dark side of all our fears.

We’re in this together! We got this! Let’s choose hope. Let’s choose love over fear. Let’s choose resilience. Let’s remember to reconnect to ourselves (there’s never been a better time to do that), to possibility, and to our immense positive power!!

Let’s remember to allow all the stuff that doesn’t really matter to fade into the background, and all the stuff that counts to come into focus.

And, let’s remember that everything is temporary, both the good and the bad.

Wishing you so much love, safety, and health!!!

As always, and now more than ever:

Do more of what you LOVE!
Be more of who you LOVE!
Seize Your Passion!
